~About Me~
I am a graduate student in the Faculty of Canon Law at KU Leuven. I graduated with a Master of Theology at St. Vladimir’s Orthodox Theological Seminary in 2009.
My current area of research is mystical and apocalyptic themes in early Christian literature, though I also dabble in Patristic Theology, Hymnography, Systematic Theology, and Church History. I have a background in biblical studies, Coptic studies, Second Temple Judaism and literature, and the geography and culture of the biblical and early Christian world, and I try to integrate these into my current research.
Good morning Sarah,
I see that your summary includes St. Thekla, Isapostle. I do not know if it is any help to you; however, I have been to St. Thekla’s Monastery in Maloula and would be glad to share any information with you. You, too, may have been so anything I would have to share might be redundant.
God bless you.
In Christ’s Love, Diane
